WORK TIME

Each project requires a minimum of 4 hours of dedicated work. If my working time exceeds the hour by more than 15 minutes, the additional time will be rounded up and billed at the full hour rate. For example, if I work for 4 hours and 45 minutes, the total will be charged as 5 hours. Please note, my time is valuable, and every minute spent is accounted for with precision and professionalism.

BOOKING PROCESS

We will begin with an initial consultation, at no charge, to evaluate your needs and the scope of the project. This session is an opportunity for me to understand your expectations and plan accordingly.

Following the consultation, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of the service.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, the new appointment must be within 7 days from the original scheduled date. After this period, the deposit will be considered a compensation fee and will not be refunded.

Please ensure that you are fully committed to the date and time before booking, as this will help maintain the efficiency and flow of our work schedule.

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept payments via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Credit Card. If you prefer to pay by credit card, I can issue an invoice with a payment link for your convenience. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments must be cleared before any work can begin.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Should you require additional services or special requests, these will be billed separately. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel the appointment, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and an additional fee may be charged for the disruption of the schedule.
